PRA Day Care programmes have been striving to promote and raise awareness of user involvement to ensure that members remain influential in the decision-making of delivery of services and throughout the years great initiatives have been developed. These include education, training, volunteering and work opportunities.

PRA is committed to continue the provision of Registered Residential Care Homes and provide the excellent service which is reflected in the individual Commission for Social Care Inspection reports. PRA is also working towards the development of new residential services on a "supported living" principle with an expertise going back 48 years.
