PRA Day Care programmes have been striving to promote and raise awareness of user involvement to ensure that members remain influential in the decision-making of delivery of services and throughout the years great initiatives have been developed. These include education, training, volunteering and work opportunities.

PRA is committed to continuing the provision of Registered Residential Care Homes and providing the excellent service which is reflected in the Commission for Social Care Inspectorate reports. PRA is also working towards the development of new residential services on a "supported living" principle with an expertise going back 50 years.
